School is just around the corner, and this means it is time once again to think of your children’s lunch box. Here are some great ideas for making lunch tasty, fun, and most of all, really healthy. What’s even better is that it can actually be parents’ lunch box as well. Get everyone into the habit of having healthy meals, even away from home.

Here are some ideas to make packing that lunch box easier:

  1. You can prepare most of these recipes ahead of time and keep in the chiller until ready to use, or just about to assemble.
  2. Instead of soda, pack fresh fruit juice and water.
  3. Ditch the sweets and replace them with fresh fruits.
