Diabetes and Prostate Problems
January 7, 2021 Category :Health Watch 0
Prostate is a walnut-sized gland underneath the urinary bladder of males. An enlarged prostate (e.g. cancer) can place pressure at the urethra causing various urinary problems, especially among older men. In 2000, a study shows that diabetic men with Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) have even greater urinary problems than non diabetic men with BPH. However, the growth of prostate cancer is so slow that most men will die before it becomes a problem. This is similarly true for both diabetic and non diabetic men.
