We have created some healthy, yet surprisingly sumptuous dishes for people with diabetes to enjoy. Â We have chosen the top recipes in terms of taste and nutritional value. Â In the Best Appetizer category, we picked native ensalada, which is low in calorie and high in fiber, simply great for the weight-conscious. Â Our Best Snack, is a pizza makeover made with veggies and olive oil. Â For Best Entree, we chose a salmon dish rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
