Fruits are generally considered healthy because they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients and fiber, which are necessary for the proper management of anyone’s health. While practically all fruits are good for diabetics as long as they are eaten in moderation, there are great fruits that better recommended for diabetics primarily for their low glycemic index which pertains to the effect of their carbohydrates on blood sugar levels.
