Dark Chocolate Good for Diabetes?

Believe it or not, Diabetics can still enjoy chocolates.

Research from the University of Hull York Medical School have discovered that dark chocolate is actually safe and beneficial to people with diabetes. The study showed that eating dark chocolates of Diabetics at most 45g of dark chocolate each day have significantly improved their HDL (high density lipoprotein) or good cholesterol which is essentially carries and removes excess cholesterol away from the arterial plaque and back to the liver. A dark chocolate is kind of chocolate that is primarily made cocoa and sugar, without any dairy. Aside from its darker color, it is also known for its distinct bittersweet flavour.
