Seafood Liguini

A medley of fish fillet, squid and shrimp in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • Linguini – cooked
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic – chopped
  • Shrimp – peeled
  • Squid rings
  • Lapu-lapu fillet – cubed
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rice wine
  • Tomato – concussed
  • Fresh Basil leaves

Procedures:
  1. Saute garlic in olive oil and add seafoods over medium high heat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with wine.
  3. Add tomato and basil leaves.
  4. Simmer to reduce liquid, adjust seasoning.  Toss in linguini and arrange on pasta plate.
  5. Serve with garlic bread and fresh basil leaves on top.
