A medley of fish fillet, squid and shrimp in tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- Linguini – cooked
- Olive oil
- Garlic – chopped
- Shrimp – peeled
- Squid rings
- Lapu-lapu fillet – cubed
- Salt and pepper
- Rice wine
- Tomato – concussed
- Fresh Basil leaves
Procedures:
- Saute garlic in olive oil and add seafoods over medium high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with wine.
- Add tomato and basil leaves.
- Simmer to reduce liquid, adjust seasoning. Â Toss in linguini and arrange on pasta plate.
- Serve with garlic bread and fresh basil leaves on top.
