Mixed lettuce, mango, cashew nuts, black olives and grilled chicken fillet.

Yield: 6 to 8 portions

Ingredients:

  • Mixed lettuce
  • Lettuce Romaine
  • Marinated chicken fillet
  • Ripe mango cubes
  • Cashew nuts
  • Black olives – sliced
  • Mayo Pesto dressing – homemade

Procedures:

  1. Arrange lettuce in  salad bowl.
  2. Scatter all the remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Serve with Mayo Pesto dressing.
