Alugbati and other talbos vegetables are a great source of fiber, aside from being tasty themselves. Offer this tasty version of the ensalada that will liven up any meal.

Yield: 6 to 8 portions

Ingredients:

  • 2 bundles Alugbati, washed and blanched
  • 1 piece Onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger, peeled and minced
  • 5 pieces Calamansi, juiced

Procedures:

  1. Mixed all ingredients and serve.
