Alugbati and other talbos vegetables are a great source of fiber, aside from being tasty themselves. Offer this tasty version of the ensalada that will liven up any meal.
Yield: 6 to 8 portions
Ingredients:
- 2 bundles Alugbati, washed and blanched
- 1 piece Onion, peeled and chopped
- 3 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled and minced
- 5 pieces Calamansi, juiced
Procedures:
- Mixed all ingredients and serve.
