We all love a glass of refreshing fruit juice. Gulp down this sweet version that is packed with fiber from natural fruits that are easy to find. Feel free to replace the fruits with whatever is in season, such as melons or strawberries.

Yield: 4 servings


  • 2 pieces orange, squeezed
  • 2 pieces apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 pieces banana, chopped
  • 1 cup guyabano meat
  • 1/4 cup psyllium fiber


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth, then serve chilled with ice.
