High levels of bad cholesterol (low density lipoprotein cholesterol or LDL-C) according to reports have been causing cardiovascular deaths worldwide, including thousands of Filipinos.

Due to variety of factors counting lifestyle, heredity, and diet, LDL-C that comes with other diseases such as diabetes is a common event but still being overlooked by many.

Josefina clarified that sugar-free drinks are “beneficial to people who want less calorie drinks and those who are avoiding sugar all together.”

Listed below are the top three sugar-free drinks one may consume to satiate thirst and at the same time attain a healthy blood sugar level.
