Going Bananas

Instead of frying saba like the typical Banana Q or Turon versions, try this healthy baked version that adds something different with more flavors and crunch to it
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 2-3 pieces Saba, cut into quarters
- 4 pieces large lumpia wrappers, cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 2 tablespoons crushed oatmeal
Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine cinnamon, vanilla, Splenda and oatmeal.
- Coat bananas with mixture and set aside.
- Wrap bananas in wrapper and place in baking pan.
- Bake for 15-30 minutes until wrapper turns golden brown
