Eye Drops to Eliminate Cataract
A cataract is a clouding of the lens inside the eye which leads to a decrease in vision. The lens inside the eye works focusing light onto the retina for clear vision and eye focus. This lens is primarily made of water and protein. However, some of the protein cluster together as people age to create cloud like areas in the lens. This is called senile cataracts and it grows larger until it gets in the way for letting light in making it harder and harder for a person to see. Hence, cataract is the most common cause of blindness.
Cataracts are conventionally treated with surgery. In 1998 however, a Russian scientist named Mark A. Babizhayev, Ph.D., developed and patented eye drops which contain the natural di-peptide N-acetylcarnosine (NAC) which helps eliminate cataract in the eye without need of surgery. This innovative eye drop product is commercially marketed with a trade name Can-C. A similar N-AC eye drop product, which costs a couple of dollars less, is called Eye D’Clare II.
In the Philippines, Can-C can be ordered online. Two boxes of Can-C Eyedrops which contains four 5ml vials cost around four to five thousand.
