We have created some healthy, yet surprisingly sumptuous dishes for people with diabetes to enjoy.  We have chosen the top recipes in terms of taste and nutritional value.  In the Best Appetizer category, we picked native ensalada, which is low in calorie and high in fiber, simply great for the weight-conscious.  Our Best Snack, is a pizza makeover made with veggies and olive oil.  For Best Entree, we chose a salmon dish rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.  And for Best Dessert, we picked a healthy Pinoy version of fruit salad using yogurt instead of sugar-packed and cholesterol-laden condensed milk.
