Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
- Banana, sliced 1/2 piece
- Whole milk 1/2 cup
- Ice cream (vanilla – sugar free) 1 tablespoon
Procedures:
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Mix until smooth
Use chocolate milk and chocolate or mocha ice cream instead of the regular milk and vanilla ice cream – for a chocolate banana treat!

When the chocolate craving hits you all of a sudden, this easy snack is so simple to prepare everyone can have a bite. Simply pop the ingredients in an oven toaster, oven or turbo broiler. Bite into it and savor this homemade spread.
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free peanut butter spread
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 slices Whole wheat bread
Procedures:
- Spread peanut butter on toast.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Place in oven toaster to melt chocolate and toast bread.
- Remove after about 5 minutes and spread chocolate.
