Peanut Butter Shake

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
  • Banana, sliced 1/2 piece
  • Whole milk 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream (vanilla – sugar free) 1 tablespoon

Procedures:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender
  2. Mix until smooth

Use chocolate milk and chocolate or mocha ice cream instead of the regular milk and vanilla ice cream – for a chocolate banana treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free peanut butter spread
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 slices Whole wheat bread

Procedures:

  1. Spread peanut butter on toast.
  2. Top with chocolate chips.
  3. Place in oven toaster to melt chocolate and toast bread.
  4. Remove after about 5 minutes and spread chocolate.
