Health Benefits
Popiah is a type of sumptuous pastry that is made with grated turnips. Sometimes, it contains prawns, eggs, peanuts, Chinese sausage, and other ingredients as well. Basically, it is a perfect example of a nutritious food. But, how nutritious is Popiah? What are the benefits that we can gain from it?

There are many reasons why you should eat Popiah
1. Calories must be taken in regular amount because if this is taken excessively, then it is hard for the person to remove these calories from the body. Moreover, Popiaah is a type of food that has low calorie content. It surely carries 35 calories per 100 grams. Therefore, someone can eat lots of this one but not gaining too much weight.

2. It contains the fine source of dietary fiber, andthis is oligofructose inulin. It is rich in soliable dietary fiber. Obtaining diteray fiber assist one to gain the results that they want.

3. Turnips, fresh yam bean tubers are also rich in vitamin C; provide about 20.2 mg or 34% of DRA of vitamin C per 100 g. Vitamin-C is a powerful water-soluble anti-oxidant that helps body scavenge harmful free radicals, thereby offers protection from cancers, inflammation and viral cough and cold.

4. It also contains small levels of some of valuable B-complex group of vitamins such as folates, riboflavin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid and thiamin.

5. Thee root provides healthy amounts of some of important minerals like magnesium, copper, iron and manganese.

With this, one can surely obtain the body that they want. No one will be left out and will risk themselves eating the food which are not health. Popiah will surely give them strength to deal with every single day.
