Pizza Sandwich

Get your kid’s appetite ready for lunch with an interesting pizza sandwich. ┬áThis is really healthy and easy to prepare.

Yield: 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices multigrain sugar-free bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 4 slices lean cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, washed and drained
  • 4 slices low-fat chees

Procedures:

  1. To assemble your sandwich, spread spaghetti sauce on for slices of bread.
  2. Top them with lean cooked ham and pineapple tidbits.
  3. Finish off the filings with a slice of cheese and the remaining bread slice.
  4. Wrap it up for everyone to enjoy.
