Makes 3 servings
Ingredients:
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon
- Prepared mustard 1 teaspoon
- flour, all purpose 3 tablespoon
- iodized salt 1/4 teaspoon
- cheddar cheese, cubed 4 ounces
- cream cheese, cubed 4 ounces
Procedures:
- Combine eggs, cream, parmesan, mustard, flour and salt in blender and mix until smooth
- continue blending and add cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
- Pour mixture into greased 1 quart casserole or 3 individual dishes.
- Bake at 375 F for 45-50 minutes (15-20 minutes for small dishes).
