Easy Cheesy Eggs


Makes 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3 pieces
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon
  • Prepared mustard 1 teaspoon
  • flour, all purpose 3 tablespoon
  • iodized salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • cheddar cheese, cubed 4 ounces
  • cream cheese, cubed 4 ounces

Procedures:

  1. Combine eggs, cream, parmesan, mustard, flour and salt in blender and mix until smooth
  2. continue blending and add cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
  3. Pour mixture into greased 1 quart casserole or 3 individual dishes.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 45-50 minutes (15-20 minutes for small dishes).
