When it comes to endocrinology, the name of Dr. Augusto D. Litonjua is usually heard. . Dr. Litonjua is considered as the Father of Philippine Endocrinology, whose practices has contributed in the advancement of endocrinology in the country.

Most of the top hospitals in the Philippines such as St. Lukes, UST, UERM amd PGH among others have very good endocrinologist doctors. However, a great way to find one apart from getting recommendation from doctors is by contacting the Philippine Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (PSEM) which is the association of of physicians and scientists in endocrinology. Its office is located at Unit 1701, 17/F Medical Plaza Ortigas San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center Pasig City. Contacting them would allow one to find the particular specialist you will need in endocrinology.

It would be prejudicial and erroneous to name the best endocrinologist doctors in the Philippines because this medical field is too broad. Thus, the best way to search is to visit the top hospitals in the Philippines or consult the Philippine Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism.
